Refund policy

At Scentraga Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@scentraga.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos/Videos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
